What are Chakras?

To put it simply, chakras are energy hubs or centers. If you imagine your body like a railway line, the first station would be at the top of your head and the bottom is your tailbone. Each chakra between these two is like other stations that the train has to pass.

If it can’t pass a station then the line gets blocked and the passengers can’t reach their stops and complete their journey. The passengers in this metaphor represent energy. There are 7 chakras, each located at a different point on the body’s energy line.

Chakra cleansing is an important aspect of keeping your spiritual energy clear of negativity! Your Chakras are the energy hubs within your body, and they maintain the flow of spiritual energy through your Root Chakra and up to your Crown Chakra.

When one becomes blocked, your spiritual energy system loses functionality. Your Guardian Angel can guide you on how to keep your Chakras clear! Would you like to know who your Protective Guardian Angel is?

Where are your Chakras?

Starting at the top you have the Crown Chakra. This is located at the very top of the head or the upper half of the brain. The second chakra is the Third Eye Chakra which is located between your eyebrows on your forehead.

Next is the Throat Chakra which is of course located in the throat. Our fourth chakra is the Heart Chakra which you can find slightly above the heart. The fifth is the Solar Plexus Chakra which is located in the abdomen just below the ribcage.

Next is the Sacral Chakra which you’ll find just below the belly button. Finally, there is the Root Chakra which is at the base of the spine around the tailbone area.

What is a chakra cleansing?

A chakra cleanse is important as a blocked chakra stops the flow of energy. This can interfere with day-to-day life but it can also create a spiritual block. This could start out as psychological symptoms: feeling distant, unable to concentrate, a lack of motivation, perhaps even feelings of depression.

If left untreated it can lead to physical symptoms such as headaches (for your Crown or Third Eye Chakras) or stomach pains for the Solar Plexus or Sacral Chakras. You can either chakra cleanse regularly whether blocked or not or you can resort to cleansing chakras only when symptoms strike.

Chakra Cleansing Techniques

By now you’re probably wondering how to clean your chakras. There are various methods related_posts to cleansing chakras. You can perform a chakra cleaning meditation for all your chakras at once which helps the general flow of energy.

Alternatively, you can do the 12 Chakras cleansing meditation for each individual chakra. You also be helped by bracelets and pendants to cleansing your Chakra. If you have the time and energy, doing both would be the best option.

If your time is restricted then you can do a chakras cleansing meditation on whichever chakra is creating problems by being blocked.

Multiple Chakras Cleansing Meditation

This form of chakra cleansing is similar to normal meditation. You need to find somewhere quiet, ideally where you won’t be disturbed and sit or lie down in a comfortable position. When starting out a multiple chakras cleansing meditation, start by taking some deep breaths.

Focus on the breaths themselves until you feel yourself entering into a trance-like state. Visualize a beam of white energy shining down from above onto your Crown Chakra. Focus on that chakra and the energy flowing into it until the chakra unblocks itself, allowing the energy to flow through to the next one.

You’ll need to do this all the way down to the Root Chakra. Once you reach this final chakra, spend some time allowing the energy to flow easily through all 7 chakras. Don’t rush to finish as there could still be negative energy located within your energy flow or chakras.

Imagine it as a sort of dialysis for your soul’s energy. Once the chakra cleansing is complete, you can end the chakra cleansing meditation.

Individual Chakra Cleaning Meditation

When it comes to chakra cleanse for individual chakras, you’ll need to take certain things into consideration. An individual chakra cleansing meditation needs to relate to each specific chakra. The Crown Chakra represents a connection to everything: the entire universe, physical and spiritual.

The simplest chakra cleansing technique is meditation or prayer. For the Third Eye Chakra, you’ll need to use its connection to light to cleanse it. View your body as a solar panel: you need the sun’s energy to charge your positive energy.

The Throat Chakra cleansing requires open space outside. Ideally, you would want to meditate under a blue sky or at least where you can see the sky.

Keeping your Chakras Clear

It’s completely natural for your Chakras to become blocked over time. However, there are some steps that you can take to reduce blockages and keep your Chakras flowing freely for longer. Here are some of the simplest methods:

  • Carry Crystals – Crystals possess incredible healing energy, especially in relation to our Chakras. If you can find an appropriate crystal and wear it as a form of jewelry, you’ll find that it keeps your spiritual energy flowing.
  • A Clean Space is a Positive Space – Don’t allow your living space to become cluttered by mess, trash, or unused material possessions. Regularly clean and donate any unused items to people or causes that will put them to better use.
  • Explore Nature – Escaping your town or city to walk freely among the plants and animals found out in nature is a wonderfully simple and enjoyable technique for keeping your Chakras clear.

Cleansing the Remaining Chakras

The Heart Chakra cleansing is also a simple enough procedure. Using the association it has with air, takes deep, full breaths while meditating or while outside, somewhere with clean air. When it comes to the Sacral Chakra, you’ll want to use some form of water to aid in the chakra cleanse.

In an ideal world, swimming in natural waters such as a river or lake would be best. This would allow you to channel the Earth’s natural energy. Failing that, a shower or bath helps cleanse your body and soul alike. Finally, you have the Root Chakra.

There is a connection between the Root Chakra and the Earth. Walking around in nature (ideally barefoot) will help to recharge this chakra’s energy and clear the chakra.
